Scheduled to take place on April 12-13, 2025, in the cities of Brussels and Leuven, Belgium, the inaugural European Running Championships will feature a variety of races, including the Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10K.
The European Running Championships 2025, recommended by SuperHalfs, aim to enhance engagement attracting a larger and more diverse participant base and to unite runners from different corners of the globe, fostering cultural exchange, international solidarity, and a sense of belonging within the global running community.

Country Rankings and Competitions:
A distinctive feature of the European Running Championships is its country ranking system, where the top 25 finishers per country will contribute to the official country rankings. The country with the lowest combined time in each race category will be crowned the winner, adding an exciting competitive dimension to the event. A total of 450 Runners will not only get a finisher medal but also a Gold, Silver, or Bronze, European Running Championships country ranking medal.
