This privacy policy will explain how our company SuperHalfs s.r.o., ID: 086 41 544, with its registered seat at Františka Křížka 461/11, Holešovice, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file no. C 322499 (“SuperHalfs”) uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website and/or any other mean and platform through which we may collect your data.

In relation to processing of your personal data our company SuperHalfs serves as a controller within the meaning of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and of The Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

You directly provide SuperHalfs with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

•    Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
•    Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

•    Subscribe to our newsletter and similar direct communication.

In order to fulfil this purpose, we process personal data on legal basis of the performance of a contract according to Article 6 Section 1 (b) of the GDPR.
B.    Announce SuperRunners and induct them in the Hall of Fame
In order to fulfil this purpose, we process personal data on legal basis of the performance of a contract according to Article 6 Section 1 (b) of the GDPR. 
C.    Process your order and manage your account
In order to fulfil this purpose, we process personal data on legal basis of the performance of a contract according to Article 6 Section 1 (b) of the GDPR.
D.    Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like
In order to fulfil this purpose, we process personal data on legal basis of consent given by you to us according to Article 6 Section 1 (a) of the GDPR. 
E.    Promote SuperHalfs activities

In order to fulfil this purpose, we process personal data on legal basis of compliance with a legal obligation according to Article 6 Section 1 (c) of the GDPR and legitimate interests pursued by the controller according to Article 6 Section 1 (f) of the GDPR.

When SuperHalfs processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

HOW DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

SuperHalfs securely stores your data at servers based in the United Kingdom. Access is controlled and restricted to trained people. 
The EU has on 21 June 2021 adopted two adequacy decisions for the United Kingdom - one under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the other for the Law Enforcement Directive. Personal data can therefore flow freely from EU to the United Kingdom where it benefits from an essentially equivalent level of protection to that guaranteed under EU law.
Your personal data are not transferred to any third parties outside the European Union, with the exception of the transfer of your personal data to the United Kingdom as stated above and the United States of America to companies participating in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which by decision of the European Commission adopted on 10 July 2023, ensures an adequate level of protection – comparable to that of the European Union – for personal data transferred from the EU to US companies. On the basis of the new adequacy decision, personal data can flow safely from the EU to US companies participating in the framework, without having to put in place additional data protection safeguards.
Personal data is processed and stored for the time period necessary to ensure all rights and obligations arising from the Contract, that is, at least for the time of the organization and the duration of the series of running races known as SuperHalfs, and for as long as SuperHalfs, as the controller , is obliged to keep the personal data under generally binding rules, or for a processing time that you have approved. In other cases, the processing time is the result of the processing purpose, or is determined by the data protection legislation.
