Simply direct your gaze upwards anywhere in Prague and you’ll be treated to architectural splendour wherever you look, with beautiful Gothic buildings stretching all the way from the city centre to the outskirts.
The most visited location by tourists in the city, Prague Castle holds the world record for the world’s biggest ancient castle.
There’s no better place to admire the city’s Gothic architecture. Markets are often held in the square, and you’ll be delighted by the range of street performers.
You’ll be crossing this 14th century bridge during the race, but it’s worth going back to truly appreciate this architectural homage to Charles IV.
A large collaborative mural to Beatles singer and icon of peace and unity John Lennon. The wall started in the 1980s and is constantly changing, with graffiti artists adding images, quotes and lyrics.
Prague is famous for its beers, and many of the country’s best breweries can be found here, which offer tours and samples of the many varieties.
